Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no threshold to reach.

Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you can follow it using the Order Lookup link in the main menu.

Order changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@armoredalpha.com as soon as possible. We will always try, but a change is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and a short note about the item. Once your return is approved we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.

Some items cannot be returned, including personal care goods. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Orders shipped into the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
